New Panasonic ToughBook 31 and ToughBook 19 Tablet PC: It is reported that Panasonic has released two new tablet PC with rugged design, including the 13.1-inch Toughbook 31 and 10.4-inch Toughbook 19. The Panasonic Toughbook 31 tablet pc has a Intel Core i5-520M vPro CPU, 2GB of RAM (Max 6 ), 160GB hard drive, 2GB (or up to 6 GB) of DDR3 SDRAM, an Intel QM57 Express chipset, 13.1-inch display, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, 4 USB ports, HDMI output, Bluetooth 2.1, SD card slot, and pre-installed with the Windows 7 Professional OS.
